Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cemalettin YILDIZ, a faculty member of the Primary School Mathematics Teacher Training Program at Giresun University's Department of Mathematics Education, held a career day event titled "I Love You Mathematics" at Beşikdüzü Anatolian High School on December 16, 2021. During this event, secondary school students learned about the meaning and definition of mathematics, quotes and anecdotes from famous mathematicians, and useful information on how to succeed in mathematics. The presentation increased students' awareness of mathematics. Furthermore, students gained important information on how to be more successful in mathematics classes and in daily life through this event.
